Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in quality review of new suppliers; And complete the annual audit plan of qualified suppliers. 2. Guide existing important suppliers to improve quality management system and product quality management. 3. Cooperate with Engineering Department to approve new parts (including collecting dimension FAI,CPK, material, reliability test report, etc.). 4. Responsible for collecting SPQP, COC, etc. of key parts (from suppliers). 5. Responsible for handling major quality anomalies of incoming materials, and supervise the implementation of supplier 8D report. (After process QE determines the problem of incoming materials, SQE is sent to promote the improvement of suppliers, and cooperate with process QE to deal with major quality anomalies). 6. Supervise and promote the completion of all samples signed before mass production, and the effectiveness of IQC samples. 7. Inspected the supplier's performance through IQC incoming materials every month, formulated and implemented the quality improvement plan together with the supplier. 8. Participate in the investigation, analysis and improvement of customer complaints caused by major quality anomalies of incoming materials. 9. Daily, weekly and monthly statistics of supplier performance and report to superiors. 10. Travel abroad for product quality inspection and confirmation.
Job Requirements
1, 25-45 years old, college degree or above, electronics or related major. 2, Can accept foreign (Philippine) business trip. English can be used as a working language, oral fluency (this is a mandatory requirement) 3, More than 3 years SQE working experience. Skilled in SQE's workflow, familiar with the production process and process requirements of plastic, hardware, wire and soft bag suppliers.
