Job Responsibilities

-Schooltype: IB international kindergarten; - Location: Tianhe district, Guangzhou (near Tancun metro station, line 5) ; - Position: 1 native English teachers; - Work hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, 7:45-16：45; a minimum of 10 days Professional Development Days / Collaboration Days for new semester per school year required; - Student Grade: Prek; - Student's age: 2.5-3 years old; - Class capacity: 12; - Start date: August 2023

Job Requirements

- Native English speakers from the USA/UK/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/Ireland only; - Bachelor's degree or above, major in education is preferred; - Work visa holder currently in China; - At least two years of teaching experience, IB experience is required; - Educational Certificate: TEFL or TESOL, Teaching license - Non-criminal record. Salary and benefits: - Monthly salary 25-30K plus allowance; - Bonus(monthly/semester/yearly) : after 2-year contract, you can get a maximum of one month gross standard salary; - Overtime allowance: yes; - Festival: 7 Chinese public holidays with full pay, 10 days winter vacation for Christmas+ 10 days Chinese New Year Vacation+4 days Spring Break+7 to 8 weeks Summer Vacation; - Pay Summer/Winter holiday : yes, but holiday payment is less than normal pay; - Housing allowance /Free apartment: housing allowance(RMB3000-5000); - Providing business insurance : yes, and Chinese social insurance is provided; - Flight allowance: yes, after 12 months’ work, maximum RMB 5500 for single trip, RMB10500 for round trip; - Meal providing: yes, breakfast and lunch; - Work visa provided.
