Job Responsibilities

1. Independently identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Gas industries in 2. the Russian-speaking region market. 3. Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify new sales opportunities. 4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Russian-speaking region market. 5. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring profitable agreements. 6. Provide regular updates on sales progress and client feedback to the management team. 7. Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to Russian-speaking-region-based clients.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Gas industries, preferably in the Russian-speaking region market. 3. Proven ability to independently develop and manage client relationships. 4. Existing client network in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Gas industries in the Russian-speaking region market is preferred. 5. Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both written and verbal. 6. Familiarity with the Russian-speaking region market conditions and business culture. 7. Ability to work remotely and independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
