Job Requirements

Teaching Requirements: Native-level English proficiency (preferred) For subject teachers, those with strong relevant experience and educational background in international schools can also be considered. Bachelor’s degree or higher (subject-related degree preferred) Minimum 2 years of verified teaching experience in the applied subject Passionate, innovative educators with adaptability and team spirit Preferred age: 45 or younger Valid working visa for China (Z visa/residence permit page required) Position Details: Class size: 20–25 students Teaching Load: 20 lessons/week + 40-hour workweek (incl. office hours) Active participation in school events: Open Days, demo classes, and extracurricular activities Collaborative mindset to support the growth of our emerging bilingual institution Submit the following documents to our BC recruiter WeChat is bchubc Updated CV/resume\ Degree certificates (notarised if applicable) Teaching philosophy statement (300-500 words) Two professional references (name, position, contact) Copy of valid working visa page (Z visa/residence permit) Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a demo lesson and interview.
