Job Responsibilities
1. General IT service and support including office client hardware (PC, NB, Printer, Mobile Phone) and software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams). 2. Office client hardware and software maintenance. 3. Meeting room facility maintenance and user service/support. 4. Project management. 5. End device architecture design. 6. Continuously improvement on each job scope. 7. IT new technology survey and implementation.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in IT or related major. 2. Familiar with PC/NB hardware and Windows client system maintenance. 3. Familiar with network protocol and concept. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with proactive problem-solving capability 5. Willing to learn new IT technologies. Language skills: 1. Fluent in German and English. 2. COnversational Mandarin will be considered a plus. Training and Onboarding: 3 - 6 months onsite training in Taiwan.
