Job Responsibilities

1. Develop departmental performance metrics in line with the company’s strategic goals and lead the team to achieve these targets. 2. Formulate seasonal product development and personalized client services. 3. Integrate supply chain resources to identify product competitive advantages and enhance departmental competitiveness. 4. Consolidate information from multiple channels (clients, factory operations, market conditions, exchange rates, pandemics) to manage risks. 5. Proactively explore markets, clients, and supply chains. 6. Oversee and schedule production plans based on overall company order volumes. 7. Regularly analyze internal team issues, anticipate potential problems, and address sudden issues promptly. 8. Manage cost profitability, plan funds, and control expenses. 9. Maintain client relationships through activities like product promotion, holiday greetings, and regular communication. 10. Manage client and supplier communications and negotiations, and expand supply chain and client relationships. 11. Enhance crisis management skills to improve client satisfaction with the company. 12. Conduct regular performance analysis and summaries to define development directions and strengthen team goals. 13. Provide guidance and conduct internal sharing and skill training to improve the team’s overall capabilities. 14. Cultivate internal talent and ensure a talent reserve. 15. Conduct team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion. 16. Review contracts according to workflows (payment terms, completeness of documents, etc.). 17. Oversee internal fund management and expense control. 18. Analyze and optimize cost expenses for each order. 19. Align with the group’s overall development strategy and support the company’s executive team. 20. Mobilize company resources and collaborate with various departments to maximize company benefits.

Job Requirements

1. Over 6 years of experience in apparel or home textile industries, with at least 2 years of team management experience. 2. Strong team management, business development, and public relations negotiation skills. 3. High sense of responsibility, proactive career ambition, and a broad perspective. 4. Proficient in the foreign trade apparel or home textile or functional business operation processes, with a good understanding of the integration of trade and manufacturing, and expertise in the foreign trade apparel sector. 5. Experience in independently developing clients from scratch.
