Job Responsibilities
1. Client and project development: Identify and engage with partners for environmental protection and new energy projects in target regions, including client visits and relationship building. 2. Market research and project evaluation: Conduct market research and analysis in target regions, develop project evaluation strategies, identify bidding opportunities, analyze project quality and bid competitiveness, select suitable projects for collaboration, and prepare bid materials. 3. Mergers and acquisitions: Monitor project acquisition opportunities, select and pursue acquisitions that align with the company's strategy. 4. Business negotiations and contract management: Conduct business negotiations, draft, review, and finalize various contracts and agreements, organize business discussions in target regions, and assist in drafting and preparing contracts. 5. Overseas project implementation: Facilitate the registration, operation, project execution, and contract handover of overseas subsidiaries and branch offices. 6. Departmental collaboration: Coordinate with relevant internal teams. 7. Other tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in environmental protection, engineering, international trade, management, finance, or related fields. Overseas background and master's degree or higher are preferred. 2. Over 6 years of industry experience, with at least 4 years in a similar role, knowledgeable about international project development processes and related investment and construction risks. 3. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language. Willing to travel abroad. 4. Detail-oriented, calm, with strong planning abilities, execution skills, and communication and coordination capabilities. Excellent cross-regional and cross-cultural communication skills.
