Job Responsibilities
1. Associating with regional vice president and marketing manager to develop Russia local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives. 2. Collaborating with the corporate management team in China to identify new business opportunities and new sales channels in Russia. 3. Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control. 4. Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics. 5. Managing the Russia sales teams to achieve the annual sales goals. 6. Accomplish the sales human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales. 7. Coach sales executive for sales management and monitor their management performance. 8. Innovating solutions to overcome challenges. 9. Keen understanding of CRM and pipeline management 10. Hunting, farming inbound and outbound sales methodology knowledge and application track record 11. Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets
Job Requirements
1. At least 5 years of sales operation, business development & team managing experience in supply chain, international trade or other similar sectors 2. Having the team management team experiences. 3. Excellent listening, writing and cross-cultural communication skills. 4. Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization. 5. Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing. 6. Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives. 7. Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking. 8. Aggressive, determined and self-motivated. 9. International travel is required.、 10. Fluent English spoken and written is mandatory requirement, Mandarin Chinese also preferable.
