Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the recruitment of Internet positions, follow up the entire recruitment process, continuously improve the recruitment process and recruitment tools, and optimize and analyze the recruitment results; 2. Analyze recruitment needs, search resumes, communicate with candidates, make appointments for interviews, follow up interviews, negotiate salaries, and follow up on employment; 3.
