Job Responsibilities

1. Complete various renovation tasks according to the requirements of the designer and the engineering manager, including wall renovation, floor renovation, ceiling installation, and door and window installation. 2. Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of the construction site, maintaining good communication with designers, the engineering manager, and construction personnel. 3. Reasonably schedule renovation time according to the construction progress to ensure the project is completed on time. 4. Ensure safety and environmental protection at the construction site, ensuring safety and environmental compliance during the construction process. 5. Complete other temporary renovation tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Basic skills in carpentry, electrical work, painting, and plastering, with some renovation construction experience. 2. Ability to handle certain work pressures, with a sense of responsibility and good communication skills. 3. Good professional ethics, capable of effective communication with different individuals. 4. Ability to complete various renovation tasks as required, with a certain level of team spirit.
