Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment for key positions in Vietnam, ensuring the achievement of recruitment plans and the suitability of candidates; 2. Management of external recruitment channels, including guiding, eliminating, and developing recruitment suppliers; 3. Dynamic maintenance of online recruitment channels, ensuring timely updates of the company's introduction information; 4. Dynamic management of daily recruitment, including weekly and monthly tracking; 5. Supervision and management of the recruitment process; 6. Training on recruitment techniques; 7. Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing the company's internal and external talent information databases, expanding the reserve of talent resources; 8. Assist senior leaders in annual human resources planning, annual personnel assessment, and performance evaluations in the responsible area, ensuring high-quality completion of all tasks; 9. Team building and budget management for the recruitment and allocation department.
Job Requirements
1. Under 35 years old, with more than 5 years of experience in the recruitment module of human resources, preferably with experience in recruiting for international trade positions in integrated research, production, and sales companies, and successful recruitment experience in the Vietnamese market; 2. Proficient in Vietnamese and English, with CET6 or strong English communication skills preferred; 3. Solid theoretical foundation in human resource management and knowledge of HR business processes; 4. Familiar with interview assessment, talent discovery, and competency model knowledge; 5. Knowledge of labor law and local labor and employment regulations.
