Job Responsibilities

1. Can independently complete the initial conception of project design 2. Can complete conceptual scheme design based on the initial conception of the project proposal point 3. Can complete design tasks on time according to the drafts of the chief designer and project schedule 4. Can independently complete the full-process design of some small and medium-sized projects

Job Requirements

1. Possess a Bachelors or higher degree in architecture; 2. Have at least 3 years of experiences in global leading architect firms orarchitectural design institute; 3. Understand of NEXT’s design philosophy, and ability to fit into NEXT’s culture; 4. Strong understanding of design and technical specifics; 5. At least involved with 1 underconstruction/completed projects in past working experiences (past experiencesin hotel, urban mix-used, civic building projects desired), please be specificswith your role on those projects in your portfolio; 6. Expertise in AutoCAD at least. Could use Rhino and Maya, will be highlypreferred strong manager of time, quality, schedule, and team; 7. Possess overseas background in education and the work field with bilingualskills (English and Chinese preferred). We will also give preference to thosewho are currently in China and available for an interview in person at ouroffice in Beijing.
