Having excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to withstand certain work pressures, and possessing a high sense of responsibility; 5. Good at learning, strict with oneself, and strong desire for success.
1. Responsible for analyzing the job requirements of the employing department, formulating effective recruitment strategies, and being responsible for the results of talent introduction; 2. Responsible for poaching mid to high end talents in core positions and achieving project delivery targets; 3. Responsible for expanding recruitment channels, optimizing talent structure, and establishing an industry talent pool; 4. Responsible for understanding the dynamic information of mid to high end talents, and revitalizing and maintaining talent pool information; 5. Responsible for participating in the construction and optimization of the recruitment system, and assisting the recruitment team in improving recruitment efficiency.
