Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all engineering equipment in the factory, supporting production, and ensuring the continuous operation of equipment and machinery. 2. Establish and improve the management system for the department according to IATF quality system management requirements, to improve work efficiency and standardize work procedures. 3. Manage various energy consumption. 4. Update and support the company's EHS projects, and promptly correct issues found in EHS audits/inspections. 5. Coordinate with other departments and external related organizations. 6. Advance and implement preventive maintenance work for equipment. 7. Monitor the implementation of financial regulations within the department, and review related expenses within the authorized range. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the factory general manager.
Job Requirements
1. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electromechanics or related fields. Knowledge of mechanical equipment construction principles, performance, and technical requirements. 2. Work Experience Requirements Over 3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in management preferred. 3. Related Knowledge and Skills Requirements Age 28 or above, with a good character, honesty, and a rigorous mindset. Strong sense of professionalism and team spirit, and good professional ethics. Proactive, responsible, with good communication skills, team spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
