*Play a key role to develop and execute the sales plan in the local market based on the company strategy *Represent R-S to discuss cooperation details, reach regional sales target with potential and existing sales leads. *Provide daily business support and manage the business relationships with selected clients. (including sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out) *Provide exhibition or bidding event support for clients if needed. * Work with HQ team to establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account. Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to clients. Monitor actions and results against plans. *Build local business networks and generate regular market reports, *Timely report local clients’ business performance and requirement change to the HQ team. * Achieve monthly KPI required from the HQ. * Accomplish other tasks on an as-needed basis.
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent education background. 2. Well command of written and spoken English, good negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills. 3. Familiar with the B2B model, and knows how local market works. 4. Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate customers relationship development and maintenance, be able to deliver sales results through others; 5. Well experienced in cultivate local market, and resourced in the local market are plus. 6. Cisco certifications like CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE are plus. 7. Combined Cisco/DELL/HPE/HUAWEI/ZTE project management experience is a plus. 8. Detail orientated, analytical, ability to think quickly and high results orientated. 9.
