Job Responsibilities
1. Familiar with product knowledge and foreign trade processes; 2. Develop overseas markets by using online platforms such as search engines, social media, and email to find new customers; 3. Maintain existing customers by providing good customer service, including handling customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, shipment tracking, and after-sales service; 4. Participate in domestic and international exhibitions to promote the market, visit customers, and communicate face-to-face with customers; 5. Be responsible for the negotiation of foreign trade orders, the signing of contracts, and the management of the entire trade process; 6. Track and analyze market information, competitor information, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies; 7. Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as purchasing, quality control, and R&D, to ensure the smooth completion of customer orders; 8. Achieve the company's sales targets and regularly report on work progress.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in International Trade, Business English, or related fields. 2. Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 3. Over 5 years of experience in foreign trade. 4. Familiar with international trade processes and import/export operations. 5. Strong business negotiation skills and team spirit. 6. Excellent customer service awareness, able to adapt to overseas travel, and capable of handling communication challenges due to time differences. 7. Experience with consumer-grade or industrial-grade drones and other 3C electronic products is preferred.
