Job Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the airport and logistics sectors. • Partner closely with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams during all phases of the sales cycle, from pre-bid and proposal through project closure. • Manage and prepare sales proposals, RFP/RFQ documentation, and related bid activities in accordance with US market practices. • Serve as the primary point of contact for US customers, providing timely and knowledgeable support throughout the sales and bidding process. • Participate in customer meetings presenting technical and commercial solutions tailored to client needs. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and technical experts to develop optimal system concepts and solutions. • Manage sales engineering deliverables and ensure smooth handover to the project execution team. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, aligning with company values and business goals. • Gather and share market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. • Other market sales related work.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably within baggage handling, material handling, cargo logistics, airports or related industrial automation sectors. • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and business development. • Ability to handle multiple tasks witsh competing priorities and work well under pressure with a sense of both urgency and thoroughness • Team-oriented and collaborative. • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the US as required. • Possession of vehicle with valid driving license is a plus.
