Job description

1. On behalf of the hotel to do the day-to-day VIP reception work, advance rounds, follow up the VIP hotel during all needs; 2. To answer all inquiries and provide all necessary assistance and services to the guests; 3. Resolve guest complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. For serious complaints, contact the department manager directly and report to the Front Office Manager. 4. Seek guest's opinion, feedback in time and inform guest of the result in the first time; 5. Maintain good communication with the Conference Services Department, keep abreast of the booking situation of the conference room and ensure the normal reception of the meeting; 6. Communicate the relationship between Front Office and departments; 7. Keep a complete and detailed record of all events that occur and are handled during the shift. Write down some special, important and general information for the Front Office Manager's approval.
