Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related subject required. MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 - 15 years progressive HR experience. Ability to development HR systems and strategies Track record of leadership and organizational development Experience with compensation and rewards strategies and administration with manufacturing experience Strong project management and analytical skills Proven track record of driving operational excellence Proven success in a fast paced Multi-National company Change management skills Excellent communication and influencing skills Fluency in business English Ability to drive results by developing and empowering teams Ability to drive cultural change, integration experience is preferred Competence with China and Taiwan labor law Competence in strategic thinking and execution of plans Extensive travel required up to 50%
