Love working with influencers and using social media? We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. This influencer marketing manager role sees you recruiting and managing influencer relationships for the needs of our fast growing invitation-only influencer marketing platform, which is part of 55Haitao, the largest cross-border performance marketing group in China. You are very personable and highly motivated; you take initiative to strengthen and grow influencer partnerships for our business units. You coordinate between your influencer partners and website operations teams (based in Shanghai) to ensure the brands we collaborate are always growing. -Develop and manage influencer relation strategies. -Identify and build relationships with influencers. -Acquire new influencers through engaging one-on-one with content creators across email and social media channels, as well as at live events. -Work closely with the marketing team to capitalize on influencer engagement opportunities. -Track performance of campaigns and individual influencer, and present weekly influencer report to the team. -Establish success metrics and measurement of engagements that align results with client objectives. -Experiment with new ways to leverage influencers to achieve client goals. -Craft quality proposals, presentations, pitches and reports. -Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users. -Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers. -Maintain constant communication-and-feedback loop with the marketing team; be the advocate internally on behalf of the creators to ensure their needs are met. This role is in our Shanghai, China office. This position has a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
-Bachelor's degree or above. Major in related topics like marketing, communications, etc. -Experience in identifying, recruiting and managing influencers. -In depth knowledge of social media marketing. -Ability to develop creative campaign strategies that resonate with the target audience to achieve campaign goals. -Able to effectively work independently and ability to work in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments. -Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with excellent personal organizational skills and high attention to details. -Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. -Superb English communication skills, and China language ability is a plus.
