We are currently seeking a partner marketing associate to join our team. This role is a unique combination of supporting partner marketing efforts, sales enablement, and collaborative marketing processes. About the Role: As a Partner Marketing Associate, you will support the partnership marketing team in several areas, including partner onboarding, co-branded marketing efforts, marketplace management, sales enablement, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will work alongside the partner marketing manager to execute on marketing initiatives and be a self-starter. Responsibilities: •Partner Collaboration: Assist in the creation and execution of partner marketing campaigns to promote Salary.com’s solutions through strategic partnerships. •Content Creation: Develop and edit co-branded materials such as marketing collateral, partner emails, internal partnership collateral that support partner initiatives. •Marketplace Support: Help manage partner marketplace listings, ensuring accurate product messaging and information and assisting with the addition of new offerings. •Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of partner-related events, webinars, and conferences. •Sales Enablement: Maintain and organize partner enablement materials, including FAQs, sales decks, and training guides. •Research and Analysis: Conduct online research and analysis to inform marketing campaigns, identify opportunities to collaborate with partners, and partner outreach. •Campaign Management: Assist with collaborative partner demand generation efforts to drive engagement with new and existing partners. •Reporting and Metrics: Support the tracking and reporting of campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes. •Integration Support: Help document and project manage new partner integrations to support the expansion of partner relationships.
Job Requirements
Requirements: •Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. •Experience: 2-3 years in marketing or partnership roles desired. •Skills: o High proficiency in English, both written and verbal. (Native English speaker) o Strong understanding of basic business and marketing concepts. o Familiarity with CRM systems and other marketing tools. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). o Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. o Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. o Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. •Traits: o Highly organized with excellent time management skills. o A proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. o Creative thinker with a collaborative approach to projects.
