Required Knowledge & Skills: Proven track record in planning and meeting client's needs Experience in managing teams and projects Experience with customer insight and market research Strong organizational skills, flexible, problem solver and able to work under pressure Sensitive to different cultures Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication Proficient in Office Applications Able to successfully supervise and motivate team in a virtual setting and adjust to time differences; HQ in Europe. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related Experience as Research/Account Manager in customer experience / insights / market research Well versed in English (both spoken and written), additional languages like Mandarin and Cantonese (both spoken and written) is highly recommended Full working permission essential.
