REQUIREMENTS Able to look at all aspects of an issue, critically analyze the issue to identify potential liabilities to Blizzard Entertainment, and resolve the issue effectively Able to communicate effectively across various business functions (finance, marketing, operations, PR) and territories (Asia, U.S., Europe), and an aptitude for working with people with diverse backgrounds and personalities Aptitude for learning in an industry in constant flux, and where regulations are still developing Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with accuracy, reliability, and pride in work product under deadline pressure Self-starter who has the ability to function independently and yet knows his / her own limits to ask for help or a second opinion when needed Client service orientation, dedicated to helping individuals solve problems. Extreme discretion in handling of confidential information Highest standard of ethics Positive, professional and supportive attitude and a team player Law degree from an accredited 4-year university is required. Qualification to practice law in PRC preferred A minimum of 2 years’ of transactional contract generation experience, from a private law firm or at a multi-national corporation preferred, servicing international clients. Experience with PRC trademark law and/or copyright law strongly preferred Excellent written and oral English skills, with legal translation experience preferred Native-level Mandarin Chinese, written and oral Experience or interest in new media and technology preferred, and a passion for videogames Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
