Job Responsibilities
1. Provide courteous and high-quality service at any time, and provide luggage service for arriving/departing guests according to the correct procedures; 2. Introduce guest rooms and other hotel facilities and entertainment items, and skillfully answer guests' questions; 3. Collect guest opinions and conduct a guest satisfaction survey; 4. Handle complaints from foreign guests; 5. Organize foreign language training and salon activities on a regular basis; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, good image and good temperament; At least 2 years working experience, or master degree or above; 2. More than 175cm for men and 162cm for women; 3. Earnest in work, meticulous in style, hard-working and flexible in response; 4. Able to communicate well in Chinese to meet the working language requirements.
