Job Requirements

Key responsibilities: • Provide the marketing team with access to key reports and other desired data. • Provide in-depth analysis into specific products, promotions, landing pages, retention & acquisition marketing campaigns; deliver succinct, meaningful insights and actionable data. • Identify, define and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives; produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards. • Provide actionable insights through the identification of data trends, correlations and anomalies through analysis of large amounts of data. • Development of analytical reports according to operational and technical requirements of the business. • Maintain and optimize reports of non-marketing departments when needed.  The Candidate • A Bachelor degree holder in Mathematics, IT, Statistics, Finance, Marketing or numerical related subjects • Strong commercial sense and an ability to deal with a fast paced and diverse role • Exceptional numerical and analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to identify patterns and trends through careful analysis • Experience of measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns • Ability to communicate analytical insight to stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical areas • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team • Strong working knowledge of Google analytics, SQL Server, or MySQL is highly preferred • Experience using analysis tools like R, SPSS, SAS and Google Analytics is a plus • Fluency in both English is must; Fluency in Chinese is a plus
