Job Responsibilities

1. 负责公司游戏产品海外欧美市场营销合作，针对发行地区欧美市场制定战略，不断 挖掘开拓各类推广渠道及合作模式； 2. 责把控海外市场状况，包含市场策略，预算分配，数据分析，渠道合作，对市场表 现负责，熟悉品牌以及PR等市场工作； 3. 协调维护公司以及海外渠道商、供应商的关系，确保合作关系的良好进展； 4. 管理品牌、营销、社运等团队，协调美宣、UA完成区域发行目标 5. 培养小leader以及junior的员工。 1. responsible for the marketing cooperation of the company's game products overseas, formulating strategies for the European and American markets in the distribution area, and continuously exploring and exploring various promotion channels and cooperation modes; 2. responsible for controlling the overseas market situation, including market strategy, budget distribution, data analysis, channel cooperation, responsible for market performance, familiar with market work such as brand and PR; 3. coordinate and maintain the relationship between the company and overseas channel suppliers to ensure the good progress of the cooperation relationship; 4. manage the team of brand, marketing, social transportation, etc., coordinate with meixuan and UA to achieve regional distribution objectives 5. cultivate the staff of small leader and junior.

Job Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，热爱游戏，有海外留学经验、了解海外文化、熟悉海外用户属性 者优先； 2. 能够使用英语作为工作语言，有其他小语种能力优先； 3. 5年以上海外游戏市场经验，熟悉游戏在海外市场的发行、渠道、推广等关键环节， 有相关行业资源者优先； 4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力，有强大的自我驱动力，能够主动思考和解决 问题。 5. 具备较强的商务谈判及客户关系维护能力以及抗压能力。 1. Bachelor degree or above, love games, have overseas study experience, understand overseas culture, familiar with overseas user attributes is preferred; 2. Be able to use English as the working language, and other small languages are preferred; 3. More than 5 years of experience in overseas game market, familiar with the key links of game distribution, channel and promotion in overseas market, with relevant industry resources is preferred; 4.
