Job Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES • Familiarize with each online course, teaching objectives, and the application of teaching equipment. • Promote and uphold company standards for demonstration classes, trial lessons, and seasonal courses. • Assist with the training of new staff and the development of online teachers by strategic training modules and webinars. • Assist Training Manager and utilize appropriate evaluation forms for staff and provide feedback and recommend future training programs. Job Requirements
Education: College/University Graduate English: Native Speaker Relevant experience: 2 years teaching or volunteer experience with young ESL learners Preferred: Recognized TEFL/TESOL Certification, training related working experience and some Mandarin
