Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for creating social media strategies for user engagement and growth. · Oversee community channels pre and post launch, help foster and build community-generated content, forum discussions, and other interactions. · Independently manage all community channels on a regular basis including logging suggestions, requests and bugs. · Maintain consistent presence and promote user-friendly environment within online communities. · Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that community feedback is addressed. · Closely follow social media and industrial trends, especially in North America and Europe markets.
Your Skills and Qualifications: · 3 years of community management experience. Gaming industry is a plus. · English native speaker. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. · BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent experience. · Basic Photoshop editing skills.
