Job Responsibilities
-Responsible for overseas user acquisition, good at overseas user growth strategy, and achieve new goals; -Be result-oriented, participate in or lead the overall planning of user growth, and propose practical and feasible operation and growth plans; -Analyze the composition of overseas user channels and monitor the quality of users in each channel; -Learn from internal and external user acquisition channels, including but not limited to growth methods such as community, fission, and creative planning, to find user growth points and increase ROI.
Job Requirements
-More than 2 years of overseas user growth or planning related work experience, with multiple successful growth cases; -Be curious enough about new things in the industry, and understand the advanced methods of user growth of Internet companies at home and abroad; -Have empathy for user experience, can keenly capture the optimization space of needs, and be good at planning different marketing models; -Has excellent data analysis and problem resolution capabilities, can quickly understand the business, and explore the connection between business details and data; -Familiar with overseas markets (Europe, America, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa).
