About the Role: As a member of Global Partnerships and Member Growth team, your role will be focused on growing and maintaining relationships with partners and affiliate networks (70%) as well as growing and engaging audience through social media (30%). The overall goal of partnerships and audience growth team is to maximize partner reach and revenue without sacrificing product quality or user experience and to drive user/member acquisition through social media marketing. This role is based in our Shanghai or Los Angeles office. As Partnerships & Member Growth Manager, you will: - Lead efforts in developing and implementing strategic solutions to drive success and results to meet our merchant partners KPI; - Work closely with the team lead to establish key prospects and build a strategy to grow partners reach based on competitor landscape, seasonality, and partner overall marketing goals; - Work cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, member service, and creative teams to ensure commission offers and cash back are implemented correctly, asset requirements are communicated, and campaigns are executed in accordance with insertion orders (IOs); - Analyze and understand merchant performance and deal structures; forecast results, create campaign proposals, track and present results; - Build and maintain world class relationships with merchants, affiliate networks, and agency partners; - Work closely with the team lead to develop social media marketing strategy to acquire users/members; - Generate, edit, publish, and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages users to take action; - Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology; - Engage in social media interaction with customers and ensure a positive customer service experience.

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree; - A minimum of 5 years of experience working in an account management or client-facing role, 2 of which in performance marketing/affiliate marketing.
