Job Responsibilities

Position: Full-time English teacher for 5-15 yr old kids , the groups ranging from 4-6 students. 1-year contract. Hrs: 30 office hours a week Location: Chengdu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Xi'an, Zhengzhou etc (multiple cities need ESL teachers) Annual income: around 243,000 RMB up (37,384 USD up). Bonus system: A: Contract completion bonus: up to 15,000 RMB; B: Overtime pay: 150RMB for one class taught; C: Quarterly bonus: Depending on teacher's performance. Allowance system: A: Housing allowance; B: Sign-in allowance; C: Flight allowance; Other benefits: A: Visa support; provide legal working residence permit; B: Medical&Accident insurance; B : Paid holiday 25 days; C: Airport pick-up, 7 nights free hotel upon arrival, team building, birthday gift, etc.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above preferred. 2. Teaching qualification (TEFL/CELTA/TESOL certificate). Teachers with 2 years of work experience or more don’t need it. 3. Native speakers with clear pronunciation 4. Introductory video (1-2 minutes).
