Job Responsibilities

职位描述/ Job Description 制定用户研究计划，通过市场调研、消费者/用户研究等方式了解市场需求； Develop user research plans, understand market demand by conduct market research, consumer/user research etc. 带领或辅助团队进行实际调研访谈 Lead or help the team to carry out research interview. 挖掘目标客户诉求，分析诉求背后的真实需求，将需求转化为新产品机会点； Determine target customer demand, analysis the real needs and find new product opportunities; 对新产品做出详尽规划；与产品设计团队配合提出创造性解决方案 Make detailed plans for new products; cooperate with design team and give creative solutions. 运用用户研究知识辅助其他部门与客户建立信任 Help other department to build trust with customers by using research interview knowledge. 主导或辅助项目制定、沟通或提案 Lead or help the team with project development, communication and proposal. 持续性的研究与分析不同消费群体的用户行为、习惯、偏好，积累行业知识 Research and analyse different customers’ behaviors, habits and preferences, accumulate knowledge.

Job Requirements

职位要求/Job requirements 本科或研究生学历（研究生、留学背景优先） Bachelor or Master degree (Master and oversea background is preferred) 设计、心理学、社会学、市场营销 相关专业 Design, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or related major 熟悉用户行为研究的知识、方法和流程 Familiar with the knowledge, methods and procedures of user behavior. 善于沟通，能够在沟通中深入挖掘消费者需求，并加以解决 Good at communication, capable of determine and solving customer demand during communicating. 对行业内部趋势及信息有持续性关注的热情及自我观点 Passion and self-perspective on the industry internal trends and information is required. 逻辑表达能力强，有流利英文基础优先 Logical expression ability is required; fluent in English is preferred. 有一定的文字基础，能够撰写研究相关报告或文案 Have the ability of writing research reports or other documents. 具有较强的合作精神，能够活跃表达想法和意见 Can cooperate with others and able to actively express ideas and opinions. 熟练使用office办公软件，掌握PS、AI等平面软件 Able to use specific software: Office, PS, AI etc. 具备信息可视化知识能力（优先） Have the ability of information visualization (preferred). 更具竞争力的条件： More competitive conditions: 产品设计师经验 Experience on Product Designer 市场营销相关工作经验 Experience on Marketing or other related jobs 研发项目管理经验 Experience on Research Project Management 咨询行业工作经验 Experience on Consulting
