Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS degree or applicable experience and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Planning or other applicable Operational fields. This individual must have a proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, Self-motivated and self-directed. He/she must have demonstrated ability to work well with people, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, the ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives and excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment. The position also requires excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, desire and ability to perform quantitative analyses in addition to contribute to ongoing improvements in existing processes and procedures within an ISO 9000 quality system. Specific experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Project and Agile preferred to support analyses and clearly communicate ideas.
