CGL features a leading group of experienced consultants with many years of service on average in the executive search and leadership consulting business. Our business has already extended to Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Chengdu and Silicon Valley o: the United States. CGL has 327 colleagues today, including 39 partners, 212 consultants in 8 branch offices. Description: 1) Assist Consultants to investigate job-related industries, market and customer information, analyze and determine search solutions 2) Use company resources, network and other channels to select and collect candidate resumes 3) Obtain information about the target person through cold calls, understand and track the professional dynamics and contact information of the target candidate 4) Telephone communication to determine the appropriate target candidate.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: 1) Currently inside China (a must) 2) Good written and spoken English 3) Priority will be given to candidates already familiar with Talent search process. 4) Bachelor degree or above 5) At least 1 year work experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent search related work experience is preferred.
