Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Sales Manager on a daily email with customer. Identify new market opportunities with the goal to gain more customers through constant market research, keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. Must be able to successfully develop new customers and explore new sales opportunities in the region. Analyze future market trends together with the sales team and regularly acquire customer feedback for market segmentation and planning to aim for further market penetration. Collect, evaluate and utilize data related to sales functions. Execute sales strategies as instructed by the sales manager to achieve, or favorably exceed sales targets. Successfully attain sales objectives and keep monthly sales volumes. Pitch in necessary information to the sales team for the analysis of sales trends in the recent working year and utilize this to help the team develop the sales target for the incoming year. Foster and maintain relationships to existing clients by regularly phoning them and at the same time keeping a detailed record of each of the customer’s requirements and/or issues needing attention Actively participate in minor or major customer events. Provide meaningful feedback to the sales manager about understanding how customers are utilizing our products and how well those products align versus other competitor’s products. Promote a positive company image within the team and with clients. Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly Sales Reports with specific customer analysis report, highlighting which customers need more priority and ensure timely submission to the Sales Manager. Perform duties bestowed upon by the Sales Manager about organizing or attending related Exhibitions and Trade Fairs. Keep the professional and technical product knowledge by continuously studying about the different products and product lines in the company. Work closely with the other members of the sales team to ensure accomplishment of sales goals. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Business or any related field preferably majoring in Sales. Minimum 7 years prior professional experience in sales, in the small electronic products industry. Between 32-45 years old, Male or Female Must be from the USA or any other countries where the native language is English. Desired Characteristics: Highly organized, responsible, flexible, team-spirited and goal-oriented. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to operate with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal communication skills Broad knowledge, actual skill and technological proficiency in the latest and most useful software applications necessary for the daily operational work. (MS Office, etc.) Ability to maintain confidentiality and confidential records and correspondence. Other Requirements: Successful passing of a criminal background check is required. Strict confidentiality of any information learned while working with Jimeite. The types of confidential information may include, but not limited to, product information, technological data and customer database.
