Personality & Skill Requirements: Bachelor-/Master degree in commercial/economic discipline or degree in engineering with business management skills Practical experience with Sales and Project Management Practical experience in automotive industry Highly customer focused, performance and result oriented, cross functional thinking Reliability Fitness and willingness to travel, flexibility Experience in managing small teams Practical experience with MS Office Applications (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Communication Skills: External : Very good communication skills Establishing and active maintaining of customer relations Business fluent Chinese and English language (reading, speaking, writing) German language of advantage Internal : Very good communication skills, teamplayer, close and regular communication with sister companies local and global Internal transfer of customer-specific information/data to relevant departments (Project Management, Engineering, Production, Quality) on local and global base Business fluent Chinese and English language (reading, speaking, writing) German language of advantage Essential Abilities: Logic thinking.
