Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience • University degree and above, MBA degree preferred • Strong leadership skills with proven track record in managing a sizeable team • Strong business acumen with an assertive approach to achieve success • A problem solver and self-motivator with good judgment, can identify opportunities, plan, negotiate and execute projects with proper follow-through, on-time completion and with limited supervision • High level of strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients • Results oriented • Culturally sensitive • Preferred good knowledge of the travel industry landscape within China and core regional markets with established network and working relationship. • Broad based understanding of ticketing technology solutions • Strong knowledge of overall industry with concentrated focus on Yangtze Delta marketplace and trends • Demonstrated ability to partner internally and externally and to work comfortably and effectively at all levels • Effectively manage workflow to maximize sales performance • Influence peers and team leaders in decisions related to business processes
