Job Requirements
Requirements: I have that! • 3+ years of documenting software products for system administrators and business analysts, including procedures, process documentation, and architecture descriptions • Excellent written and verbal English language skills; native speaker, or near native speaker • Experience developing content in a wiki environment • Proven track record of researching and writing excellent documentation for enterprise software products • Ability to craft excellent diagrams, flowcharts and other visual aids with Omnigraffle • Ability to strike a balance between “right” and “right now” to work through periods of rapid technical change, and to facilitate decision-making across multiple functional areas • Aptitude for nurturing a collaborative, energetic, positive working environment that values creativity and innovation • Knowledge of Splunk Enterprise is a definite plus Education • BA/BS degree in English or a relevant technical discipline Benefits & Perks: Wow!
