Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - High level of inter-personal, presentation, communication, written, personnel management & development skills - Team-oriented work ethic with ability to manage projects across a variety of skill sets and personalities with a passion for continuous improvement - Good understanding of equipment & operating costs in the printing and technology industry - Ability to multi-task on numerous projects simultaneously - Basic knowledge of Macintosh software including Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat. PC, Microsoft Office, database management - Must be willing to travel to project sites - Skilled in creative problem solving of raw new product ideas into working prototypes - Perform quality analysis of product from manufacturing facilities if required to ensure product adheres to original concept - Approve prototype and specifications (paper, material, inks, finishing, etc.) for production - Good communication skills across multiple job functions - Capable of interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments across various co-workers to accomplish tasks - Proactively investigate and self-educate for solutions to solve for challenging product development issues REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of experience in product development; electrical product is a plus - Transferrable skills from previous work experiences that demonstrate the ability to quickly learn, adapt and apply new skills to required responsibilities - Proven superior project management experience across multiple business units - Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills combined with good communication, collaboration and facilitation skills to process work accurately and timely - Good command of both spoken and written English
