Job Responsibilities

To design mould of progressive stamping & multi-slide and jigs & fixtures for production. 负责多次弯曲模具，连续冲压模具，工装夹具的设计。 To formulate and create appropriate designs / concepts taking into considerations technical, quality and other requirements, including mould modifications. 鉴于技术、质量和其它要求，包括模具的后期修磨，构思适当的模具设计概念。 To prepare work drawings and specifications indicating material, size, tolerance etc. 准备工作图纸和规范（材料规格、大小、工差等）。 To plan, organize and control design work relating to new products or improved technical processes. Constantly upgrades and modifies design to improve production process and yield of quality parts. 计划、组织和控制新产品相关的设计工作或改进技术流程。不断改进和提升生产工艺和成品合格率。 To plan, raise time schedule and monitor for new tools & project using Gantt chart. 运用甘特图等工具计划、跟进、监控新模具和项目的进度。 To study the purpose, technical specifications, cost limitations, available materials and methods of production and other factors that may influence design of products / processes. 研究技术规范、成本考量、可获得的材料、生产方法和其它可能影响产品和工艺设计的因素。 To estimate mould cost for new parts, tool life and production output per hour. 针对新产品，估计模具的成本、使用寿命和单位小时的产出。 To monitor and administer proper records of costs. 监控和管理适当的成本记录。 System administration of proper tool design and housekeeping. 设计应用工具系统的管理和梳理。 To document and administer proper records of all BOM, Tooling and fixture drawing etc. 所有物料清单、模具和夹具图纸等相关记录的管理。 Other duties as and when assigned by Superior. 主管委派的其它工作。

Job Requirements

University education in mechanical engineering preferred major in mould design. 机械工程或者其他相关工科大学毕业，模具设计专业优先考虑。 At least 8 years working experiences in mould design and minimum 3 years design experience of progressive stamping mould. 至少8年模具设计的工作经验，其中连续冲压模具设计的相关工作经验至少三年。 Working experience in high speed stamping and multi-slide will be preferred. 有高速冲压、多次折弯的相关工作经验者优先考虑。 Be familiar with the software application of Solidworks 3D and AutoCAD. 熟练使用Solidworks 3D和 AutoCAD软件进行模具设计。 Be familiar with machine manufacturing process, such as turning, grinding, CNC and WEDM etc. 熟悉常用机械加工工艺。 Fluency in Chinese and good command of English or German. 精通中文，并熟练掌握英语或德语。
