- Lead and develop Best-in-Class organization and Operations at Ryobi Power Tool division - Set Key Performance Metrics for Operational Performance, including Product-Costs, Quality Assurance, financial performance and efficiency of the Company’s operations overall, and lead Teams to achieve. - Formulate policies and procedures to support the achievement of the business and operations objectives and for the effective and efficient management of financial assets, liabilities, costs, inventory and other risks with other functional heads . - Review and improve current workflow of various departments and establish standard operating policies and procedures. - Staff development through, training, coaching, and job rotations to increase competency and career development - Consult, report and communicate business status to senior management. - Oversee strategic and tactical Supply Chain, Logistics initiatives, Inventory, JIT programs. - Ensure company abides by local laws/regulations and work closely with local authorities on various issues as necessary, including proper Customs Requirements for import and export activities. - Other ad hoc project assigned by management. Recently would be help to set up the new factories in SEA countries (some are OEM and some are TTI owned ones) and to also make sure transition of the production is smoothly completed and achieve the relevant KPIs in the near future.
A. Education / Experience Required • Minimum 10-15 years related experiences, gained in multinational corporations, big scale of production in PRC and other Asian countries is preferred • Recognized degree & MBA would be an asset • Leadership, Analytical and Strategic Competencies important • Knowledge of labor relations • Negotiation Skills, coaching skills B. Special Knowledge / Skills / Training • Familiar with ERP and financial reporting systems • Should be cost conscious, hands on, analytical and a team leader • Should possess sound business acumen and interpersonal communication skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English and Mandarin would be an add on • Some Travel required – HK, USA and SEA countries C.
