Developed solutions to the customers from USA/AR/LATAM I developed processes for the costumer support team, making documents classifying the most common cases of problems and ways of solution for each one. The cases were classified by tags, to have better tracking and order. With this we obtained a statistic of the most frequent cases, from which countries they came from and to make the process better. I worked as an agent for Vibrant, a company specializing in crypto wallets and dealing with stablecoins such as USDC and XLM. My role involved providing customer service, offering support for marketing efforts, handling video editing, and creating articles.
