- Prepare regular client reports, attend client meetings, retain existing client and develope plans to target new client. - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.

- Decide on story ideas and themes, along with the editor-in-chief, to meet audience preferences. Liaise with photographers, models, makeup artists and costume designers and choose photoshoot locations. Oversee layout. - Attend fashion shows, meet with designers and visit retail stores to stay up- to-date, continuously search for latest fashion trends to stay ahead of competitors.

- Collaborate with writers, check content and edit articles of beauty products in an informative, interesting and engaging way. - Attend product launches and meet with specialists from renowned beauty companies to forge relationships and get early access to new products.

- Support the luxury brands with all activities to ensure the achievement of set sales and profit targets for the stores. Implement a variety of exclusive private sale events. - Creation and execution of digital and social ad strategy, development and analysis, leads monthly reporting on community management and ad performance, audits online campaigns, identifies key findings and recommends approaches.

- Manage all of the Directors in development, pre-production, while on set, through post - production and is often involved in both personal management as well as creative aspects of the production process. - Tracking daily progress against the filming production schedule, arranging logistics, preparing daily call sheets, checking cast and crew, maintaining order on the set.

- Organize events, collaborate with teens newspapers/ magazines: Hoa Hoc Tro, 2! Dep, SVVN.. - Wardrobe Stylist: personal, photoshoots, TVCs, virals, movies & TV shows. - Work on sections of the community, staff and event management, casting model/ diplomatic ambassadors/ MC/ actors... for projects.
