Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual sales targets. 2. Conduct market research and analysis in the Saudi market to identify new sales opportunities. 3. Continuously develop potential customers, expand overseas markets, increase marketing channels, and manage sales channels as well as both new and existing customers. 4. Manage the sales budget, allocate resources rationally, and ensure the balance between investment and return of sales activities. 5. Plan regional marketing activities, promote the core values and advantages of the company and its products, and enhance the company's industry status and brand image. 6. Be responsible for communication and coordination with product lines, and participate in the operation and resource coordination of key customers/projects.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; preferred in related engineering fields such as mechanical engineering, food science and engineering, grain engineering, agricultural machinery engineering, etc. 2. Proficient in at least one foreign language, such as English or Arabic. 3. Over 3 years of experience in overseas market expansion and customer development management, with industrial product foreign trade experience being a plus. 4. Familiar with foreign trade processes, and possess skills in business negotiation and key account management. 5. Have good resource coordination and management abilities; a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation; and strong learning ability and self-motivation. 6. Possess strong execution capabilities and stress resistance.
