Job Responsibilities
1. Exhibition planning and planning Responsible for the overall planning of international and domestic large-scale exhibitions, including the formulation of exhibition themes, goals, budgets and schedules. Determine the scale, site selection, and layout design of the exhibition to ensure that the display effect and functional partition of the exhibition are reasonable. Formulate the investment and exhibition promotion strategy of the exhibition, attract high-quality exhibitors to participate in the exhibition, and complete the exhibition recruitment task. Plan the publicity and promotion plan of the exhibition, and enhance the visibility and influence of the exhibition through online and offline channels. 2. Exhibition execution and management Organize the construction, arrangement and dismantling of the exhibition, and coordinate various services on the exhibition site, including logistics, security, catering, cleaning, etc. Manage the on-site operation of the exhibition, ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition, and deal with on-site emergencies in a timely manner. Responsible for customer reception, business negotiation, event organization and other work during the exhibition to improve customer satisfaction during the exhibition. Supervise the progress and quality of the implementation of the exhibition, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and in line with the expected results. 3. Teamwork and communication Set up and manage the exhibition team, including planning, investment, execution and other personnel, reasonably allocate work tasks, and improve the efficiency of teamwork. Work closely with various departments within the company (e.g. marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure that the exhibition planning is consistent with the company's overall strategy. Establish good cooperative relations with external suppliers (such as venues, builders, logistics companies, etc.) to ensure the stable supply of exhibition resources. Regularly organize training and communication activities for the exhibition team to improve the team's professional ability and business level. 4. Evaluation and summary of the effect of the exhibition Collect data and feedback information during the exhibition, and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of the exhibition, including indicators such as exhibitor satisfaction, visitor flow, and transaction amount. According to the evaluation results, summarize the lessons learned from the exhibition, put forward improvement measures and suggestions, and provide reference for subsequent exhibitions. Write a summary report of the exhibition, report the overall situation and results of the exhibition to the company's management, and provide a basis for the company's decision-making. 5. Other related work Track industry dynamics and exhibition market trends, and provide strategic advice for the development of the company's exhibition business. Participate in the planning and implementation of other exhibition-related projects of the company, and assist in completing other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, exhibition management, business administration and other related majors is preferred. 2. Work experience: More than 5 years of experience in exhibition planning and execution, with international and domestic large-scale exhibition project management experience is preferred. Familiar with the operation mode and market rules of the exhibition industry, and understand the workflow of all aspects of exhibition planning, investment promotion, and execution. 3. Professional skills Proficient in the relevant knowledge and skills of exhibition planning and execution, including exhibition theme planning, venue layout design, investment strategy formulation, on-site operation management, etc. Have good project management skills, be able to formulate detailed project plans, allocate resources reasonably, and ensure that the project is completed on time. Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with certain data analysis and report writing skills. Have certain design and creative ability, and be able to optimize the visual effect and display content of the exhibition. 4. Language Proficiency Fluent in English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with international exhibitors and visitors without barriers. Proficiency in other foreign languages (e.g. Japanese, Korean, German, etc.) is preferred. 5. Personal qualities: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate and cooperate effectively with different departments and personnel. Have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and be able to maintain efficient working conditions in a high-pressure environment. Have good adaptability and problem-solving ability, and be able to quickly respond to emergencies at the exhibition site. Have strong learning ability and innovation awareness, and be able to continuously learn and master new exhibition planning and execution concepts and methods.
