Job Responsibilities: Technical Support & Troubleshooting Quickly locate and solve client imaging-related problems (such as abnormal image quality, compatibility issues), lead failure analysis and provide temporary/long-term solutions Cooperate with customers to complete EVT/DVT/PVT phase verification of imaging modules to ensure that the project is mass-produced on time Cross-departmental collaboration Coordinate R&D, production, and quality departments to solve client imaging problems and promote internal process optimization Assist the marketing department to formulate imaging technology promotion strategies and support the implementation of customized solutions for customer
Job Requirements
Job requirement Basic Requirements Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, optical engineering, computer science, etc. More than 3 years of mobile phone camera module (CIS) or imaging device FAE/R&D experience, familiar with ODM project development process Technical Ability More than 3 years of experience in imaging software or image quality development Soft Skills Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to quickly understand customer needs and convert them into technical solutions Strong stress resistance, adapt to high-frequency business trips (customer on-site support accounts for ≥50%) Language Requirements Korean nationality, fluent in spoken English, can communicate directly with India
