Job Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze information trends of the market and the same region, understand customers' demands for products, and plan customers' demands in advance; 2. Tracking the development progress of product market to ensure the smooth progress of the project; 3. Analyze customer and sales data to understand market trends and needs; 4. Explain the use of various products to customers, and introduce new products to customers in time; 5. Develop sales channels and increase market share according to company strategy and market situation; 6. Able to independently develop key customer resources, find potential customer resources, and complete sales plans and targets; 7. Have a certain understanding of the production process of the bus and the design principle of PACK, which is helpful to deal with the product problems feedbacks from customers. 8. Have knowledge of European NEV (new energy vehicle)market is preferred。
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above,, major in engineering, marketing, etc.; 2. Proactive, passionate about sales work, able to independently develop and maintain good customers; 3. Excellent business skills, good team work spirit and obedience management; 4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, good image and temperament; 5. At least 3 years sales experience in auto electronic components and new energy "three power" field or auto factory surrounding channel; Rich sales experience, bus, connector, cable or other ELECTRIC vehicle parts sales experience is preferred; 7. Experience in power, photovoltaic, wind or energy data platform is preferred; 8. Hardworking and able to travel frequently.
