Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct statistical analysis of product process control data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 2. Review and optimize product process flow documents to ensure standardization and efficiency. 3. Lead and execute quality improvement projects, addressing critical process quality issues and verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions. 4. Develop and implement quality assurance plans for mass production, establishing and monitoring quality indicators. 5. Evaluate the impact of engineering changes on product quality, ensuring compliance and assessing the feasibility of new processes and technologies. 6. Assist in resolving customer complaints by driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 7. Support internal and external process system audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 8. Deliver training on professional quality tools and promote their effective use across teams.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Semiconductor, Physics, Materials Science, or other engineering and science-related fields. - Minimum of 4 years in quality management within the automotive industry. - Proven experience in process key indicator testing, monitoring, and failure analysis. - Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement projects, with practical knowledge of Six Sigma and QCC methodologies. - Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, and SPC. - Chinese proficiency: HSK Level 5 or above (preferred). - English proficiency: TOEIC score of 650 or above (preferred). - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other commonly used software.
