Job Responsibilities
1、Set ambitious targets and exceeds these goals together with partners/channel. 2、Working with partners to maximize sales. 3、Ensure high level of acceptance in customer experience. 4、Attend trade shows and marketing activities to generate and increase leads. 5、Develop and execute plans to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth. 6、Effectively articulate and position Additive Manufacturing and BLT solution portfolio to customers and prospects. 7、Deep understanding of focus industry to formulate penetration plan. 8、Ensure timely successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Job Requirements
1、Highly driven and strong sales acumen. 2、Material science or mechanical automation major background is preferred. 3、Possess deep understanding of channel sales and strategy with proven record of exceeding sales targets. 4、Have track record of building a new business starting from ground up through the full business cycle including post-sales support. 5、Familiar with project management and coordinating both external customers/partners and internal resources not directly under your control. 6、Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of organization and executives. 7、Passion for and strong belief in Additive Manufacturing as a production solution for focus industry. 8、Highly motivated, independent fast learner, able to quickly grasp new technologies.
