Job Responsibilities
1.Develop, maintain, and optimize distribution channels in the Middle East, establishing a stable and efficient dealer network. 2.Formulate and implement sales plans for the Middle Eastern market in line with the company's strategic goals to ensure sales targets are met. 3.Analyze local market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer preferences to provide insights for brand promotion and product pricing. 4.Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners, providing necessary support and training. 5.Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to ensure smooth product supply, optimize inventory management, and improve delivery efficiency.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, or related fields; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. 2.Over 5 years of experience in furniture or home furnishing sales and channel management, with preference for candidates familiar with the Middle Eastern market. 3.Strong understanding of Middle Eastern market culture, consumer preferences, and distribution models, with excellent market analysis skills. 4.Exceptional business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills to effectively drive business partnerships. 5.Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to the work environment and business practices in the Middle East.
